MS 150

Yahoo! What a great time we had last weekend up in Logan, Saturday and Sunday I rode in the MS 150. I managed to go a little faster and I went a little further than last year, so I feel really good about how I did. The kids came up on Saturday afternoon to greet me at the finish line (by far my favorite part) with a darling poster they had made for me. As I was riding up to the finish line I could hear Jackson and Hannah yelling "there she is, she made it, she's here" hearing that made it all worth it...the dehydration, the sunburn, the cramping and the graceful crash! Thanks to Granny Janny for taking the kids overnight and getting them there in plenty of time. Thanks to my cute Dad that drove 10 miles ahead of me on Sunday until I caught up to see if I could go another 10, he did that the entire 40 miles! I felt like crap when I woke up that morning, I really wanted to do the 2nd day as that day is the most beautiful day to ride. My dad knew that and stayed with me the entire time, I love that guy! Danielle, Courtney and their friend Rachael did a great job too! Way to go girls! I think I have talked Bailey into riding with me next year, I can't wait to get her out there.
