run, run, run as fast as you can!

Perfect weather, a beautiful view of the valley and the momentum of 600 women running in front, along-side and behind you. That makes for a great morning! I got up early this morning, headed up to the U of U for the Wasatch Women's Run. I wanted (not really) to attempt the 10K, at least that's what I had planned on running. I opted for the 5K thanks to my pain in the *%# achilles tendon that feels like at any given moment is going to snap. Anyway, if you have not participated in an all women's event I highly suggest you find one and get that done. Amazing! Have a great weekend!
