"the most important thing about goals, is having one."

I am a BIG goal setter! I always have a gazillion things in my mind of what I want to "get done" in the upcoming year. I try to set realistic goals for myself and then I secretly set one for each of my kids, it's so secret they don't even know I do it. I figure if I don't set it, it sure as heck can't happen. I'm going to share with you things I'm going to be working on this year (all year).
1. I'm going to make peace with myself and let go of guilt.
2. I'm going to help my kids do better and become stronger.
3. I'm going to relax more and stress less. (LOL! unless I set it, it can't happen)
4. I'm going to work on being my BEST person.
5. I'm going to be a better daughter, sister, friend and neighbor.
6. I'm going to listen more and talk less. (what? no, really I am)
7. I'm going run, walk and ride my bike more.
8. I'm going laugh MORE and cry LESS.
9. I'm going to eat more vegtables and take good care of myself.
10. I'm going to lose this last-give-me-a-freaking-break....15 pounds!
Feeling overwhelmed? Do not! I love this list, it's a good one for me it's also one I will be working on all-year-long.
