It is amazing to me how quickly time can pass and yet it can feel like just yesterday something may have been happening in our lives that at the time might have seemed so challenging-happy-sad-life changing-blissful-heartbreaking etc. or so BIG. For instance it seems like just yesterday Parker made his way into this big world, or that Bailey started kindergarten and wanted nothing more than to stay in school all day (oh' how times have changed) or that we found out Jackson & Hannah were twins. This year Parker will turn 18, Bailey will be getting her drivers license and Jackson & Hannah will be baptized and starting the 3rd grade. It was last year at this time that our world as we knew it in our house started changing. 2008 was challenging for us all in some way or another but through it all I think we have had to rely on eachother more, have more patience with eachother and we have all realized that life does go on. Even during hard times you need eachother more than ever to make it through. I am SO proud of these 4 kids! They are proof to me that through trials and uncertainty you are never alone. It's true "time flies" and "life goes on" it doesn't matter if we're having fun or not! Thank you Parker, Bailey, Jackson & Hannah for helping me and helping & loving eachother. I love you all MORE-MUCHER!

I totally agree. I think the funny thing about life is that in the moment sometimes it feels like the biggest thing in the world, but when you give it time and look back at it, it's not quite as bad as you originally thought.
