What's on your wish list?

While going through a box of REALLY OLD stuff a few weekends ago, I came across a "wish list" dated June 15th 1979. A few of the things I wished for when I was 11 years old: "I hope to have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls, with boy/girls twins. I want to live in a mansion, drive a green VW bug with poka dots, I want to have a swimming pool in my backyard, be the coolest mom in my neighborhood, have a lemonade stand in my front yard, I want to marry a cute boy with brown eyes like mine, I want to keep all of the friends I have now FOREVER and make lots of new ones, I want to have a maid to clean my house so I can take my kids to Lagoon everyday and I want to live happily ever after". Let's see......I have the kids with brown eyes, 2 boys and 2 girls, I even got so lucky to have the twins, I have the mansion, I have a wading "pool" in my backyard, sometimes I think I'm a cool mom (until I'm told otherwise), lemonade stands scare me now, I did marry a cute boy with brown eyes, I still have my old friends and lots of new ones too. I don't have a maid but I do have kids that do chores and although we don't make it to Lagoon everyday, we do try to squeeze some kind of fun into our day. So there you have it a wish list from an 11 year old and confessions that wishes do come true from a 40 year old.
